Thank you 2020, it has been an interesting journey. We were given the gift of time, to reflect on the things happening around us. We used to be constantly on the move till the point we had forgotten to slow down and take a good breath.
We were also reminded of the deeper meaning of being united, showing love and fortitude regardless of gender, race, or religion in the face of this strange pandemic.
We have risen up in courage and strength to face situations that have seemed so challenging but hey, look where we are now! So thank you 2020, for the lessons.
With our arms wide open, we officially welcome 2021 by being grounded and channeling our emotions to a space of kindness, love, and wonder.

Small goals result in consistently growing goals that lead to your big goals. Take the first step, there is no right or wrong way to do things.
Set A Timeline
What would you like to achieve in 2021? You can break it down into weeks. Writing them out or printing them on a piece of paper where you can visually see them would be helpful. The bigger the better!
Give yourself a Gold Star or a pat on the back when after every goal you complete. Take the time to digest what you've accomplished and where you would like to go from there. Now, reflect on your achievements and thank yourself for going where you set yourself to.
Invest in Rest
Plan a moment to rest and recharge, away from the hustle and bustle. If you can, work it into your morning or evening routine to reset your mind and give you a little boost throughout the day.
